Beautiful Kummeludden

Kummeludden at Gammalsjö Säteri is an Iron Age burial ground in a light beech forest. Follow the small paths along the edge of the lake, take a break on a bench with a fabulous view of Fegen and feel the wings of history.

A small footpath leads along the water around the headland. In this wonderfully beautiful place, you can really enjoy the tranquillity, listening to the waves and the trees in the wind.

Kummeludden is a detour from the trails Pilgrimsleden Kindaholm, a hiking trail that can also be cycled and Ätradalsleden, a cycling trail of about 20 miles from Falköping to Falkenberg.

While you're in the area, be sure to visit Gammalsjö Mill, part of the Ekomuseum Nedre Ätradalen.
